Day & Multi-day Workshops
Day Workshops: These engaging and informative sessions can be cater to either general training requirements or instructor certifications. These workshops can enhance instructors knowledge and practical skills. Day time training significantly elevates instructors' skills, enabling them to fully maximise the use of varying terrains effectively and safely. Moreover, as instructors develop their abilities, they are better equipped to deliver impactful lessons that connect with their students, promotes positive learning environments.
Multi-day Workshops: These sessions provide the opportunity to design a comprehensive training plan, significantly enhancing team dynamics. Participants will experience stronger progression in their own riding abilities while learning how to facilitate similar development in their guests.

Evening training offers a reliable opportunity for the ongoing development of snowboard instructor teams. Such long-term training is excellent for fostering team morale and enables instructors to come together after teaching in the day. These evening sessions address challenges encountered in their lessons while also focusing on the areas to develop highlighting specific skill areas - including riding, movement analysis and teaching techniques. It serves as a fantastic means to support your team throughout every part of their instructor journey, empowering them to improve their skills in riding, teaching, and technical expertise.

Day Workshops
We can only do day workshops when we are already working in your area or the resort is within driving range of Niseko. This is possibly for resorts near Sapporo and Kiroro etc.
Multi-day Workshops
We can provide engaging team training workshops 3+ days in the across Hokkaido and Honshu regions. Although holding these sessions at an off-site location results in additional costs, we strive to keep our daily rates reasonable to help manage these expenses. Important logistics that need to be addressed include travel plans, lodging, and lift tickets. We can go over these specifics in detail while organising your training.
Season Long Training
Some schools will train with us just once a season whilst other teams may opt for me to develop a comprehensive training plan that spans the entire season. This approach could result in multiple visits to your resort throughout the season, or your instructors may have the opportunity to train with me in Niseko possibly prior to their certification exams. Additionally, I can offer consultation services to assist in creating a season-long training plan for your school to implement in my absence. I am also available for virtual analysis and technical discussions throughout the season to better equip instructors for their upcoming exams.
